September 2018 Stated Meeting for Heartland Presbytery - Online Registration

Welcome to the online registration for the upcoming meeting of the presbytery.  By registering online, you save time at check-in, and there is no need to complete the handwritten "Attendance Form".  This also helps us in preparing for lunch, and in planning for snack breaks.  The online registration allows you to arrange for childcare at the meeting and gives the option for teaching elders (pastors) to submit their excused absences.

The September 15th, Presbytery Meeting will be held at the New Horizon Presbyterian Church, in Odessa, Missouri (refer to event location at the left for address, map, and a link to access driving directions from your location).

Check-in: 8:00am

Meeting begins: 9:00am

At this meeting:

  • If you pre-ordered, but still have not picked up your 2018-2019 Planning Calendar, please plan to pick it up at the September meeting.  There will also be a few on hand for cash and carry at the meeting.
  • You may also pick up the 2018-2019 Partnership of Prayer.
  •  There will be Triennium Information on hand to take back to your youth and congregations.

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS  WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH.

ALSO NOTE - THERE IS LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS.

If you miss the online registration deadline - that does not mean you cannot attend.  Those who decide to attend after September 5th, will need to register AT the meeting.  Please complete the handwritten "Attendance Form" and bring it with you (preferred), or complete one upon arrival.

If you are planning to attend the meeting, click the "Register Now" button below, and complete the registration.  Here you will  not only register your attendance, but make a lunch reservation, list your dietary needs, and take care of child care.

If you would like to request an excused absence for this meeting, you may do so by completing the registration under "Register Now", and then selecting the option that indicates you are not able to attend.  This process automatically generates your excused absence.  You may also email stated clerk, Sally Hinchman, clerk@heartlandpby.org.
