This session is a chance to understand some basics AND to have any basic legal queries you have, answered!

Topics covered:
1. Basic legal requirements of starting a business –Choosing a business structure
2. Pros & Cons of a sole proprietor vs partnership vs company
3. Importance of written contracts with suppliers / Vendors & what goes into it?
4. Written contracts with customers – what needs to be in it?
5. Employment contracts – what should I include?

After the basic sharing, Mumpreneurs can seek basic advice on some legal challenges that they are facing.
