ABOUT THE SPEAKER: 
Freda Kwok | Partner & Principal Consultant, QED Consulting
As partner at business consultancy firm QED Consulting, Freda leads regional organizations to strategic usage of digital communications for increased business accountability. She co-designed the firm's proprietary social media advocacy and digital audit frameworks, and has deep experience and insights in the financial, FMCG, beauty and fashion e-commerce industries.

A proponent of enhancing the digital industry standards, she regularly conducts digital and social media Masterclasses in collaboration with Marketing Magazine in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Freda is also one of the co-developers of the Specialist Diploma qualification in Communication Strategies for Social Media offered by Republic Polytechnic in Singapore-the first programme of its kind offered by a local polytechnic.

She was a judge at The Media Challenge 2014 (an annual case competition for secondary school students organized by Republic Polytechnic), and the inaugural Mumpreneur awards 2014, led by Mums@Work. Freda held the role of honorary social media advisor to the Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) in 2016.
