Area Agency on Aging Educational Webinar - 3 CEU's
Description:
Ethics are at the root of all service and professional practices - and guide our decisions and actions on a daily basis as we struggle to "do the right thing." The end of life presents particularly difficult questions and dilemmas that preparation and thought must be given to. This workshop will explore some of the ethical principles that guide this thinking and help the participant explore and articulate actions and perspectives that support dignity and compassion in end of life concerns. Since we all have our own ideas about what is right and what is wrong - and methods to tell the difference - it is imperative to ground ourselves in principles that guide our professional decision making to protect the public, the practitioner and the profession we represent.
