-Checks may be mailed to Elmwood Self Storage, but need to arrive before April 12th.
Cash payments can be brought to the ESS office during business hours.

Thursday, April 20th 6 am to 9 pm 
Friday, April 21st 6 am to 9 pm
Saturday, April 22nd 5 am to 7 am
INSIDE DRIVE SPACE- Access is only Saturday, Apriil 22nd from 5am-7am
(All vendors must be set up and out of the drive by 7:30 am on Saturday)
Move Out Day: Sunday, April 23rd by 12:00 pm

All sellers must read and agree to the following Polcies and Procedures. 

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Thank you for participating in our indoor yard sale.Our goal is to provide a place for you to have a garage sale in a safe and controlled environment.  We hope you have a successful day and have a little fun doing it. As a temporary “team member” of our property during this time, and in an effort to maintain our clean and neat standards, we ask that you abide by the following rules:

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY – Anyone caught with alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
You may NOT SELL the following items:

NO Food or beverages of any kind (with the execption of the designated vedors for the day)

NO adult entertainment items (including but not limited to movies, magazines, etc.)

NO drugs or drug related accessories

  You may move your items in anytime after 6 am on Thursday, April, 20th and they must be removed no later than 12 pm on Sunday, April 23th, please keep a lock on your unit during this time (unless you have an Inside Drive Space, which all items must be removed by 4pm on Saturday, April 22nd).  If items are not removed, by the time allotted, the regular monthly rate for the unit will apply. You will be given a temporary gate code to enter the property.  This code will expire at 12 pm on Sunday. EVERYTHING MUST BE TAKEN WITH YOU – please do not leave any trash or items in the unit.  If items are left, a $100 dumping fee will be billed to you.
Bridge House and Spaymart will be on site for donations. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING ITEMS TO THEM. DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS IN UNIT THEY WILL NOT COME GET IT. THEY DO NOT TAKE BROKEN FURNITURE.
    NO ITEMS/FURNITURE ARE TO BE LEFT BEHIND FOR ANY REASON. WE HAVE CAMERAS!
 DUMPSTER USE A dumpster will be located in the parking area in front of the office for your use.
Trash cans have been placed on the property for your convenience.  Please use these during the day for beverage cans, lunch papers, etc.  Please do not place any large items or trash in these cans.
 ITEMS BEING SOLD MUST BE PLACED INSIDE THE UNIT, AND MAY NOT BE PLACED IN THE AISLES.  AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEARED AT ALL TIMES PER THE FIRE MARSHALL.
 ALL SELLERS MUST CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE BY 7:00AM AND BE SET UP BY 7:30AM OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
