Communications in Difficult Situations

Let us show you the check it out model – when in doubt check it out- that will help you gain trust and deal with communications in difficult situations. This will help with difficult clients and employees.  Slow the conversation down, understand your context and impact the conversation with your intentions.  You will leave with tools and practicing communications in difficult situations.


This workshop will be interactive with role playing, discussion and templates for your business by the end of the workshop. 

Our Presenters

Pat Doody

Pat was director of human resources for a large engineering firm.  Running many leadership seminars to influence managers to use better managing practices.  She has taught the Blanchard model in Situation Leadership workshops.  She is an expert on mentoring on how to have those crucial conversations with employees. 

Leslie Kulis

Leslie was director of sales operations and customer service leading organizations of over 100 people. She reduced turnover in the customer service center from 35% to 5% in two years.  She was nominated by an employee and received the Woman of Influence Award from CPBJ because of the large number of people she mentored throughout her 38 year career with Armstrong Flooring.
