Morris Sims has been training leaders, managers, and sales people for over 30 years.  After 5 years practicing Chemical Engineering, Morris decided to become an agent selling life insurance.  He was  successful selling insurance for three years, reaching reward production levels, when the opportunity to go into management came his way.  Thirty-two years later, Morris retired as the Vice President and Chief Learning Officer of New York Life.  Currently, he is a coach to great agents.  Morris has developed a system based on the age-old principles of success he calls "The 8 Step System to Grow Your Business".  He speaks and facilitates workshops on topics involving planning, goal setting, influence, sales skills, management, leadership and thinking right to stay motivated. Morris is an author of several articles and two books.  Practical Influence was published in 2017 and is available on Amazon.  Net proceeds from all book sales are donated to local food banks because feeding hungry Americans is important.  Morris and his wife, Carla, live in Forney, Texas.  Their two grown children and first grandchild also live in the Dallas area.

Dana is passionate about educating others to make better financial and health-related decisions.  She spent over 25 years in various executive positions in the corporate world.  Some of the industries in which Dana has worked include mortgage banking, automotive, high tech and telecommunications.  After starting a consulting practice in operational and business process improvement, she was later recruited by a Medicare Advantage health plan insurance company where she acquired her expertise in Medicare A, B, C, D and Medigap.  Dana has served on the NAIFA-Dallas Board of Directors as Membership Director and is the 2018-2019 Secretary.  She will be the 2020-2021 President.  Dana has lived in the Dallas area most of her life.  She has a son and daughter who have blessed her with four grandchildren.
