Registration Fees

$150 - Early Bird Rate (until September 21, 2018)
$175 - Regular Rate (after September 21, 2018)

Hotel Reservations

Room reservations for this event must be made by individual attendees.

The room rate for Thursday evening is $109 for reservations made by Friday, September 21. (After that date, rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.)

To make reservations call 1-844-495-9234 and state that you are with HIPAA COW Group F86849.

Advance deposit of one night stay is required when making a room reservation. Cancellations received 72 hours prior to your arrival date will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. There is no refund given if cancellation is received within 72 hours of arrival!

Wait…what?!?! Where is the EDI track? I don’t see any EDI sessions listed in the brochure!

Correct. The HIPAA COW EDI Networking group co-chairs and conference planning committee members decided to hold off on having any EDI-specific sessions at the Fall 2018 conference. They will reevaluate again for the next conference.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits

We have applied for Wisconsin CLE credits. Once available, we will update here with the number of approved credits.
