During this one-day intensive workshop with Jennifer you will learn how to create and implement an effective prospect management system to maximize your organization’s fundraising efficiency.

Specifically she will explore with you:

  • how to rate your prospects so you can prioritize your prospect pool;
  • how to maximize prospect clearance meetings and peer screening results;
  • how to produce reports to track prospects and moves;
  • how to use prospect management to create and monitor financial projections; and
  • how to use prospect management to evaluate accountability.
This workshop is designed for directors and managers of prospect development, relationship management and advancement services. It is also for fundraisers and other development professionals interested in understanding prospect management and incorporating its principles into existing fundraising programs.
