RMA Carolinas-Virginias Appraisal Managers Roundtable

The Carolinas-Virginias Regional RMA Chapter will be hosting a virtual Appraisal Manager Roundtable via Zoom. This roundtable is an exclusive event for Chief Appraisers, Appraisal Managers and Appraisal Department staff of community and regional banks. The program will be held on October 6, 2022 from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. 

Join us as Scott Dibiasio, Manager, State & Industry Affairs of the Appraisal Institute shares information on how to harness technology to ensure the long-term viability of the appraiser. Are you concerned about the growing appraisal shortage? Are you interesting in growing your appraisal department from inside the bank? Have you hear of PAREA? PAREA provides another pathway for aspiring appraisers to fulfill their experience requirements by taking advantage of innovative technology. This in-depth discussion will describe the PAREA program, the process and what it means for us today.
