Taking Your Practice Deeper: Inversions 

This workshop is for students who are regular practitioners. With individualized instruction we will focus on more advanced postures including headstand, handstand, elbow balance, and crow pose variations. From 28 years of teaching these workshops I will show a safe way to teach advanced asanas.

This class is a great way for teachers to learn the safe way to teach advanced asanas.
