Taking Your Practice Deeper: Back Bends

This workshop is for students who are regular practitioners. With individualized instruction we will focus on more advanced postures focusing on back bends, while reviewing some of the inversions from last month's workshop. From 28 years of teaching these workshops I will show a safe way to teach advanced asanas.
