Due to severe weather threat, April Showers has been postponed and RESCHEDULED to April 6 at 7 p.m., 701 Whaley. Ticket holders who cannot attend the event may request a refund by emailing abrewbaker@arts.sc.gov. Tickets will be available at the door.

April Showers Party 

Join the South Carolina Arts Foundation April 5 to kick-off the celebration of the South Carolina Arts Commission's 50th anniversary! With the umbrella symbolic of the Arts Commission’s role in developing the arts in South Carolina, April Showers will feature a sale of umbrella-themed art work created by approximately 30 arts professionals. The décor will include painted and embellished umbrellas – suspended from the ceiling – created by schools that are part of the Arts in Basic Curriculum Project. Plus, we'll have fabulous food and a fun dance party!
