CME certificates will now be available at the completion of the conference

REGISTRATION DETAILS FOR LODGING AND FAMILY EVENTS

LODGING:

Attendees will be responsible for making their own reservations by calling Jay Peak Central Reservations Office toll free (1-800-451-4449).  Attendees should inform the Reservation Agent of the group name NESES.  They will be asked to present a credit card, which will be processed for 50% of the room charge.  This is a non-refundable deposit and charges will be applied to the credit card according to the Reservation Cancellation Policy below.  The Remaining 50% is due at the time of check-in.

Call-In Reservation Cancelation Policy

•  More than 14 days prior to the arrival date $25 cancelation charge
•  Within 14 days of the arrival date forfeit the 50% deposit
•  Within 24 hours of the arrival date 100% of room cost is due

 

GALA DINNER

Friday February 12^th, 2016 at 7:30pm

Cost: included with registration.  We will need only the total number of persons (that includes faculty, attendees and family/guests) attending the dinner in your party.

Friday February 12, 2016 from 5:00pm - 10:30pm for ages 3-12

LIFT TICKETS / WATER PARK PASSES

Lift tickets AND PumpHouse passes  are INCLUDED WITH LODGING IF YOU ARE STAYING AND MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS THROUGH JAY.  Tickets packaged with lodging must include everyone in the unit and are good for the entire length of stay.

 LESSONS 

All ski and snowboard lessons should be scheduled in advance.  It is highly recommended that children’s lessons are scheduled in advance as these fill up.  Please see Ski & Ride Lesson information attached.
