-  Registration increases to $575

- You will not receive your CME certificate at the end of the meeting

REGISTRATION DETAILS FOR LODGING AND FAMILY EVENTS

LODGING:

 Make your reservation by calling Jay Peak Central Reservations Office toll free (1-800-451-4449).  Attendees should inform the Reservation Agent of the group name NESES Attendees Call In and/or group code 623333.  You will be asked to present a credit card, which will be processed for a 50% of the room charge.  This is a non-refundable deposit and charges will be applied to the credit card according to the Reservation Cancellation Policy below.  The Remaining 50% is due at the time of check-in.

Call-In Reservation Cancelation Policy  

• More than 30 days prior to the arrival date $25 cancelation charge
• Within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the 25% deposit
• Within 14 days of the arrival date forfeit the 50% deposit
• Within 24 hours of the arrival date 100% of room revenue is due

GALA DINNER Friday February 9, 2018 at 7:30pm 
 

Gala fees are included with your registration.  Any guests attending the Gala and/or the Welcome Party must be registered.  Guest fees for dinner are collected at the time of registration.

 

KIDS EXTRAVAGANZA Friday February 9, 2018 5:00-11pm for ages 3-12

LIFT TICKETS / WATER PARK PASSES

Lift tickets AND PumpHouse passes  are INCLUDED WITH LODGING IF YOU ARE STAYING AND MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS THROUGH JAY.  Tickets packaged with lodging must include everyone in the unit and are good for the entire length of stay.

 LESSONS 

All ski and snowboard lessons should be scheduled in advance.  It is highly recommended that children’s lessons are scheduled in advance as these fill up.  Please see Ski & Ride Lesson information attached.
