Instructor Bio:

Jody Franklin serves as VP, Director of Accounts and is responsible for helping shape, organize and refine Global Services’ GSA Schedule Programs division. Mr. Franklin has been with the company since 2003. Over the past fifteen years he has contributed to Global Services’ long history of successfully preparing, negotiating, and managing some 2000 GSA Schedule contracts for Global Services’ clients.

Mr. Franklin has worked with companies ranging from multimillion-dollar publicly traded corporations to micro-businesses consisting of only a few employees and just about everything in between. Mr. Franklin is an authority on all GSA Schedules within the Multiple Award Schedule program and has prepared and delivered training sessions on related topics to customers internal and external. In addition to working with his government contractor clients in the private sector.

Mr. Franklin provides pro bono services to the Small Business Administration's SCORE program and Small Business Development Center to assist their constituents in learning about marketing to the federal government, specifically via the GSA Schedule. It is this breadth of experience and exposure which allows Global Services to successfully negotiate the federal procurement marketplace for its clients. Mr. Franklin holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
