Taking Advantage of the Employee Retention Tax Credit - 1/19/21 -C0001 

 

This webinar is for Employers who want to take advantage of the Employee Retention Tax Credit. Recent legislative changes have made this tax credit more attractive to Employers and having a PPP Loan no longer disqualifies the Employer from taking this credit. Employers with payroll over extended periods throughout 2020 and going into 2021 are encouraged to pursue this tax credit since it is refundable by the IRS. This webinar will walk through the mechanics of how the tax credit works and how you can translate the credit into refund checks for the business.

NOTE: The Employee Retention Tax Credit is not available for sole owner businesses regardless of business formation (LLC, C Corp and S Corp). You must have employees on payroll to take advantage of the Employee Retention Tax Credit.
