Mini Business Plan

A Road Map to Entrepreneurial Success

This workshop focuses on the components of a successful business plan:
  • Clear, succinct writing style
  • Compelling business description
  • Importance of market research
  • Effective development of meaningful financial projections

During the workshop, we will examine the four sections of a business plan: Business Description, Management and Operations, Marketing and Sales, and Financial Projections.

Also included in this workshop is an application for funding along with a discussion about funding resources, both conventional and alternative.

You will learn how to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your business and that of your competition. It will also help you determine the overall feasibility of the plan. Important aspects of starting and operating a business are discussed, along with applying financial data to the decision processes.

Handouts are provided, as well. They prove to be a valuable resource in writing your successful business plan.

Fee $25
