Bernadette Harris, forensic accountant, realizes that when businesses fail the impact is widespread. Bernadette will why insider fraud is a bigger problem than you realize, exactly what insider fraud is, how small businesses become victim, and what you can do to protect yourself.
J Christopher Miller, attorney, believes "life is a journey that begins and ends with family." He will help you navigate the legal side of protecting your assets as business owner and for your family should you become sick, disabled, or worse.
Lawanda Hall, risk management professional, has demonstrated the ability to develop, manage and document risk management concepts, procedures, and strategies. Lawanda will explain risk management in easy to understand terms, divulge what tools you need in your arsenal, and discern the types of insurance you really need.
Shruti Dhawan, payroll and HR specialist, is a seasoned CEO who understands the payroll and HR challenges of small/medium sized businesses. She will discuss the risks of payroll and worker misclassification and will let you know exactly how to determine the right classification. Shruti will also explain just how big of a deal employee misclassification really is.
Quentin Moses, Health Insurance SME Since 2006 he has been helping business owners and individuals with their health benefit needs. He understands choosing plans can be difficult and helps clients find new and more affordable options to help reduce their costs.

SCORE will provide refunds for cancellations received 24 hours in advance of the start of an event. No refunds will be issued if the request is not received at least 24 hours in advance of the event, and no refunds will be issued for non attendance. Events are subject to cancellation.
