A Roadmap to Entrepreneurial Success

This workshop is your map to the various components of a successful business plan: Business Description, Management and Operations, Marketing and Sales, and Financial Projections.

Register now and join us to learn more about:

  • Clear, succinct writing style
  • Compelling business description
  • Importance of market research
  • Effective development of meaningful financial projections

Also included in this workshop is an application for funding along with a discussion about funding resources, both conventional and alternative.

You will learn how to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your business, and that of your competition. It will also help you determine the overall feasibility of the plan. Important aspects of starting and operating a business are discussed, along with applying financial data to the decision processes.

Attendees will receive handouts that are a valuable resource while writing your successful business plan.

SCORE will provide refunds for cancellations received 24 hours in advance of the start of an event. The seminar is presented by Jeff Dykes a SCORE mentor who started, developed, managed and sold three successful businesses. He shares stories from his business career that highlight key points discussed during the seminar.
