The plan consists of four sections: Business Description, Management and Operations, Marketing and Sales and Financial Projections. Also included is an application for funding along with a discussion of funding resources, both conventional and alternative.

The workshop teaches you to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your business and your competition. It will help you determine the overall feasibility of the plan. The important aspects of starting and operating a business will be discussed along with applying financial data to the decision processes.

The program includes handouts that are valuable resources in writing a successful business plan.

About our Instructor

Susana Capper is the founder of Discover Spanish Life. With a Spanish mother and an English father her education was fairly evenly split between years spent in the UK and Spain. Today, Susana’s spends her time between homes in Atlanta, Georgia and Bilbao, Spain.

For over 25 years Susana worked as an executive mainly in Finance and Operations, in many roles and in multiple countries (including CFO and COO roles in USA, China, Sweden, Spain and UK) with corporate giants such as Sony, Ericsson and the Coca-Cola Company.

In 2014 Susana left her corporate job as CFO for America with Sony Mobile Communications, in order to take a new career path. As well as working with Discover Spanish Life.
