In this Live Online Workshop you will be instructed in the components of a business plan:

• Executive Summary
• Objectives/Goals
• Products/Services
• Market Analysis
• Strategy and Tactics
• Sales Plan
• Financial Plan

Also included in this Workshop is a review of Funding Sources and Uses.

You will  have the opportunity to have your questions answered both during and at the conclusion of the Workshop. A copy of the presentton is provided to those who complete the brief Feedback Survey at the end of the session.

About our Instructor

Michael Ostien has operated high margin service businesses for 40 years. After purchasing an established, mid-size plumbing company he increased revenues by 60% and profits by 100% in less than 4 years.

In addition, he was part of a senior management team that grew a $75 million company to over $1 Billion in revenues (and $225 Million in profit). As VP Commercial Sales he grew the National Account business from 25,000 locations to over 80,000 locations under service in 8 years. He also served as VP Operations for 10 years. He resides in Johns Creek and is an active Score Mentor and Cobb Team Leader.
