Mr. Cortjens has 40+ years experience as a manager and coach of professionals in both corporate and small business settings. He was a Vice Present in the Communications Industry both in Asia and the United States. He was President of a Video Conferencing company and a Director of Software Development for an office automation equipment manufacturer. He also spent 5 years in Technical Marketing and Product Design. During this work career he has performed functions such as Planning and Executing business plans, developing sales and support teams, and Training, as well as managing intellectual property and patent processes.
