Ms. Nelson is a commercial real estate agent for The Simpson Company in Gainesville, GA., as well as the past owner of many successful small businesses.  In Florida, she owned restaurants, billiard rooms, nightclubs, a sign company and a boat manufacturing plant.  Today she works with business owners to guide them through the purchasing, leasing and sales process, and helps them understand the specifics of opening a new business. Her experience with commercial properties, leasing and sales contracts, financing, permitting, inspections, licensing as well as setting up and maintaining internal systems has given her a well-rounded wealth of business knowledge.
