About the Program
The classes are based on the new field of positive psychology, which, instead of treating illness, looks at ways to promote happiness, life satisfaction, and resilience. Sessions will be interactive, including time for discussion. Participants will learn about tools that can be applied immediately in their lives.
The Facilitator
Dr. Sarah Whitman is a Philadelphia-area psychiatrist whose practice focuses on chronic physical pain. She has had a long-time interest in health and wellness.
