Quintessence: Choral Artists of the Southwest under the direction of Matthew Greer presents our fourth annual Summer Choral Festival!

 Registration fee includes:

• A copy of both scores for you to keep
• A goodie bag full of items from our sponsors
• An invitation to you and your guests to meet and connect with the group during a Singer Social on the first day of the festival (Dutch Treat)
• Sectional Intensive Workshops with featured soloists
• A professional recording (CD) of the final performance

Our rehearsals from July 23-31 will be at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona Street NE, Albuquerque.

• Saturday, July 23, 2-5 pm, followed by singer social at Quarter Celtic (tentative)
• Sunday, July 24, 2-5 pm
• Monday, July 25, 7-10 pm
• Wednesday, July 27, 7-10 pm
• Friday, July 29, 7-10 pm
• Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, July 30, 1-4pm

Performance

• Sunday, July 31, 3 pm at St. John's United Methodist Church (2 pm call)

FESTIVAL FAQs
Information for singers

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE?
Any singer high school age or older.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF SINGERS?
We have a limit of 100 singers. NOTE: registration may close to some voice types before others, to ensure a balanced chorus.

FEES
Your fee must be paid by PayPal, credit card, or by mailing us a check in order to secure your spot.

• Early Bird Adult Fee (through May 31): $90 
  The fee increases to $100 per person on June 1, so sign up early!
• Early Bird Student Fee (high school and full-time college with ID): $25
  Fee increases to $35 on June 1. 

REFUNDS
If you are unable to sing with us after you register, we are unable to refund your registration fee, and will consider your fee a donation to Quintessence.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
A block or rooms have been reserved at the  SHERATON ALBUQUERQUE UPTOWN HOTEL at the festival rate of $105 per night. Reserve your room by June 23 to receive this special rate.

SCORES
The registration fee includes a full copy of both scores, which will be yours to keep. We will notify you when scores are available for pick-up from Music Mart in May.

ATTENDANCE
Singers should miss no more than one of the six scheduled rehearsals. The rehearsal on Saturday, July 30 is mandatory.

Women: Simple black
Men: Dark pants, white long-sleeved shirt, long tie for men.
