Join Quintessence for our Tenth Annual
Summer Choral Festival!
We will prepare and perform the New Mexico premiere of Jocelyn Hagen's multimedia choral/orchestra work The Notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci with our professional festival orchestra, under the direction of Quintessence Artistic Director Matthew Greer
High school and college-aged singers are encouraged to audition for our Choral Scholars Chamber Chorus, which will perform a set of pieces as well as be a part of the festival chorus.
In addition, there will be group workshops and the opportunities for individual voice lessons. We are thrilled that among our teaching artists are four young professional singers who are members of the VOCES8 Scholar program! This is happening through a partnership with The VOCES8 Foundation.
Rehearsals begin Saturday, July 23.
The complete schedule will be updated with workshops and other social events that will happen throughout the week
We look forward to rehearsing and performing with you.
