The training is facilitated by GSQC/ENA Executive Director Anne Warner. Anne has served as an Examiner with the National Baldrige Program since 2003 and is currently a Master Examiner. She has also served as an Examiner, Judge, and Trainer for several state and industry programs across the country. Anne is currently a member of a Task Force working to enhance the Examiner Development Process.2019 Examiner Training
A training experience for those who want to learn the Baldrige Framework and how to use it to evaluate organizations in support of performance excellence and continuous improvement.
The GSQC/ENA Examiner Training Program is closely aligned with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program’s training which is nationally recognized as a leadership development program by Leadership Excellence magazine. It is available to anyone living or working in New England or New York. This training is part of GSQC/ENA’s Baldrige-based Awards and Recognition Program and can also be taken as training only to improve your organization or enhance your career.
Schedule:Online, facilitator supported modules will be available starting at the beginning of August. The online portion of the curriculum (including assignments) will take approximately 30-40 hours to complete. Check-in calls/webinars will be scheduled to answer questions and provide questions.
The final one-day face-to-face training day is scheduled for October 16th in Concord NH. Other final classroom days may be scheduled on different days/locations as available.
Cost:*
Participants who commit to the full examiner process, including the potential to evaluate an award application in New England or one of our other partner states. This involves a substantial time commitment spread over 2-5 months and greatly enhances the learning and knowledge.
- $250 for New Examiners and those who have not completed our Examiner Training program in the past 2 years
- $195 for Examiners who have completed this training in the past two years.
This training is also available to those who want the training and knowledge without further commitment to the awards evaluation process. The tuition for the training only is $675 and includes the same support provided to the participants who commit to the evalutation process.
