Get To Know Gregory (Heady) Coleman

1. What do you like the most about your career?

I like working with people a bunch. Everyone is so different so trying to figure out how to best serve people based on their own uniqueness is so enjoyable. Also, just seeing someone grasp the Go Win Approach and begin to make real progress is great too.

2. If you could know the absolute and total truth to one question, what question would you ask?

Do my kids truly love me? Somedays I wonder.

3. What is the most rewarding project you have ever worked on and why?

Oh, this is a hard question. I’m going to say We Shake Hands which is a mentoring program I started for 6th grade boys.

4. What is the dumbest way you have ever been injured?

I tried to go up the handicap ramp that we have on the side of our porch during the last ice storm. I pulled my groin. That was months ago and I’m just now starting to really be fully healthy. Smh.

5. What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Success is internal not external.
