       Learn how to loosen up  and paint watercolors with Joseph Cibere, NWS. No matter what you've heard, watercolor by far is the easiest medium to paint with. You only have to paint half a painting and let the paint and the water do the rest. You can take advantage of what the watercolor paints for you and then finish with your own style and creativity.

Refund policy: Up until 30 days prior to a workshop, if you find you must cancel your reservation, you will be refunded your fee*. After that time, the workshop fee will be refunded* only if the Society has a Wait List for the workshop and is subsequently able to sell the seat. If no Wait List exists, you would then have the option of providing your own replacement. If this occurs, a refund of fees paid will be issued, *less any credit card transaction fees.
