Attorney Elizabeth McCoy has practiced law in California since 1997, primarily in the area of estate planning with emphasis in Special Needs Trusts and Conservatorship. She is a frequent speaker on the two topics. In 2006, Ms. McCoy graduated from Washington University School of Law, ranked by U.S. News and World Report in the top fourteen percent of law schools in the nation, where Ms. McCoy was the Jan Adam Zuckerman scholarship recipient. Since 1988, Ms. McCoy has also been a licensed Landscape Architect, with a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University. Prior to practicing law, Ms. McCoy helped create Landscape Architecture plans for Disney, St. Regis and Marriott resorts all over the world. Since 2012, Ms. McCoy has been a Member of the TACA Board of Directors, and a frequent speaker and sponsor at TACA parent meetings, events, and the National TACA Autism Conference, Autism Society of America meetings and conferences, and the Involved Exceptional Parents Day Conference.
