New Tool to Help Teens and Adults with I/DD with ob Exploration: Identifor 

Identifor https://www.identifor.com is the world’s first career assessment tool that uses app and computer games to assess transition-age youngsters and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in a bias-free way. Our strengths-based approach measures Multiple Intelligence, Executive Function and Job Interests through dozens of engaging app and computer games and matches them to relevant career options detailed by the US Department of Labor. 

 

Steve Keisman - Speaker Bio (Stanford University) 

 

Steve is a Transition and Neurodiversity Employment Specialist and the Senior Vice President of 

Identifor, the world’s first game-based career assessment tool.  

With two Masters in Education (one from NYU in SpEd and another in Education Administration with a concentration in Law), and with over 3 decades of experience in the NYC Department of Education, and work in disruptive tech, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to his work. 

 Throughout his career in education, Steve designed and led inclusive, alternative and special ed programs the majority focusing on school to career and school to college initiatives.   

Today, Steve focuses on supporting families, communities and employers in using Identifor to learn about and leverage skills, abilities, and interests to plan a more meaningful life.
