Richard recently joined us as Partner in our Tax Department and brings over 25 years experience focusing on Corporate and International Tax. Rick was previously with Ernst & Young LLP. Prior to his time with Ernst & Young, Rick served as the Tax Department Director for a $3 billion manufacturing entity. Richard is a Certified Public Accountant in New York, Iowa and Texas and a member of the International Tax Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY College at Buffalo and a Master of Science from the University of North Texas.

Grace Jahng
JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Grace has recently joined the International Coverage Banking team at JP Morgan Chase and will cover the Northeast Middle Market clients as a Relationship Executive. Grace joins the company from Société Générale having spent 13 years as a Corporate and Investment Banker responsible for the origination and execution of their global investment and corporate banking platform to Fortune 500 clients. Grace also spent 4 years with Standard Chartered Bank in their Hong Kong and London offices, mainly responsible for originating and executing complex structured debt issues. She is based in New York City. Grace began her career as an international investment banker in 1991 and also worked at Merrill Lynch and Schroders, both in the Investment Banking Group.  Grace holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
