2021 CASTA Fall Conference EXPO & Bus Show 

Welcome to the 2021 CASTA/CDOT Fall Conference EXPO webpage. The annual CASTA Fall Conference EXPO and Bus Show is held on the Wednesday of the Fall Conference with a reception to cap things off in the evening. Booths, bus spaces, sponsorships and giveaways are available for purchase.

 Registration Items:

• Exhibitor Booth $1,500.00
• Bus Space Only $750.00
• Exhibitor Booth w/ Bus Space $2,000.00

Booths include:

• 10x10 space with a 6 foot table and to chairs
• Carpet
• Electricity and plug-ins.
• Registration for one (1) exhibitor, addtional exhibitors at an additional cost
• Booths will be assigned and communicated to exhibitors one week from the start of the EXPO
• Attendee Registration list (We will be sending the registration list out to exhibitors when registration closes on September 8th. If you would like to see a basic list you can go to the Attendee registration page and view current registrants in the bottom left corner.

Bus Show

• The bus show will be located in the parking lot south of the Convention Center. Directions via Google
• Buses may begin arriving the afternoon of Tuesday, September 14. Call or text 520.349.2556 upon arrival
• Spots will be assigned upon arrival.
• Buses must vacate the parking lot no later than Wednesday, September 15.

Due to limited space, the facility cannot accept deliveries more than 2 business days prior to the group’s events. All storage needs must be prearranged with the Convention Center (970-263-5700). The client will be responsible for packing, labeling, shipping, arranging pick-up and charges for outgoing materials. Materials delivered more than 2 business days prior to the event or left more than 1 business day following the event may be charged a $100 per day storage fee. The Two Rivers Convention Center assumes no responsibility for storage or mailing of outgoing materials. Materials must be shipped from the Two Rivers Convention Center within 24 hours after the event.
