Outdoor Elegance is pleased to announce our Summer July 27th cooking class. Larry Adkins of Mad Dawgz BBQ, will be sharing his barbecue secrets for three summer  bbq dishes including Pulled Pork, Pulled Pork Pizza and Pork Spare Ribs.  

Larry will be making the Pulled Pork Pizza on the Fornetto Oven and Smoker. You may have seen Doug on KTLA 5 in June where he gave a Fornetto to a lucky KTLA 5 viewer.

Pulled pork makes for great barbeques and Larry will show you how to prepare. He will also show you how to prepare his award winning spare ribs which are sure to impress your family and friends.

We will have all the recipes and instructions printed for you to take home. Just bring a pen and notepad to take notes and we will take care of everything else. Look forward to seeing you!
