Entrepreneurs' Breakfast Meeting

The Good Life??? Entrepreneurship as a Career Choice

Electing to start your own business can be scary, but also liberating.  When is the right time to take the leap? Should you quit your day job or keep it to pay the bills? What is the impact on the rest of your life of running a business?

Tony Pfister, CEO of ClassBook.com and past president of the local chapter of Entrepreneurs' Organization, will talk about the considerations and consequences that he faced in electing an entrepreneurial career path in an industry plagued by disruptive change.  The decision to start his own company rather than work for someone else and the resulting impact on his life will be described as we learn about the growth and development of Classbook, a thriving startup headquartered in the Capital Region.
