Attendance is complimentary for CCMS physician members and one guest each.

Objectives:
1. Recognize the clinical and business value that can be achieved from the use of information technology in care delivery processes
2. Identify the macro barriers to multi-stakeholder continuity of care and the recommended approach to overcome these barriers
3. Recognize stages of electronic medical record functionalities towards improving care delivery processes
 

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the NCH Healthcare System and Collier County Medical Society. The NCH Healthcare System is accredited by the Florida Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
