Head Start Training from The Private Client Law Group
Training Solutions for Nonprofits and Grant-Funded Entities
Fiscal management remains not only an area of focus for the Office of Head Start but an area of challenge for Head Start and Early Head Start agencies. These challenges include on-going revisions to the supposedly final rules in the OMB's Uniform Grants Guidance (HHS Part 75), the steady evolution of Federal audit requirements, annual changes to the new Aligned Monitoring System 2.0, and lingering questions about the effect of the updated Performance Standards. Adding to the pressure that agencies and their fiscal staff face is the Office of Head Start's continued scrutiny of financial management. In short, programs need to keep their eyes on the money. When you attend the Fifth Annual Head Start Fiscal Integrity Institute in San Antonio on February 21 and 22, 2019, you will learn not only how your Head Start or Early Head Start agency can meet these challenges and withstand the scrutiny but stay a top fiscal management performer.
