In this introductory class, business owners and those seeking to start a business will learn how to:
1) navigate within documents,
2) set up pages with margins, borders, headers and footers,
3) format text using “styles,”
4) check spelling and grammar,
5) insert pictures and clip art.
Bring your own laptop, or use the classroom computers (with Word 2010).
You will receive sample documents to use in class and practice with at home.
The class is taught by Jane Francis, owner of Personal Computer Training and instructor for Clatsop Community College Work Force computer skills classes.
