Beginning with LPL in 2013, David has a breadth of experience within the Finance organization, including his involvement with Mergers and Acquisitions within the Corporate Development team. Currently, David oversees the Capital Solutions and Advisor M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) teams within the Capital Management organization, including maintaining, developing, and promoting LPL’s differentiated suite of financial solutions for the growth and acquisition support for LPL Financial’s independent advisor/business owners. David serves as one of the firm’s lead resources and subject matter experts, regularly consulting with advisors and LPL executive management.
