Special Note
If you are a new member of Georgia Kiwanis (meaning no prior membership in Kiwanis) and you officially joined between Feb. 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017 you are entitled to a free registration to the District Convention. Please contact the district office to have your status as a new member verified and you will receive a promo code to deduct your registration charge. You will still be responsible for any meals or events you choose to attend.
The Georgia Kiwanis club member who brings in the most new members during Feb. 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017 will be entitled to a free reserved table at any meal sessions they attend during the convention.
Hotel Reservation Instructions
* You may make your hotel reservations at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly by clicking the below link. The room rate is $119.00 per night. The estimated taxes and fees will 24.66 per night bringing your per night total to an estimated 143.66 per night. When selecting your room, please select the preferences block to select whether you prefer a King bed or a room with 2 Queen Beds. See the picture below.

Convention Registration instructions
* Please note that registration for convention and the certfication of delegates for the convention are two different processes. If you are going to serve as a delegate from your club please ensure you are also registered for the convention!*
1. Please complete this online registration form. Should you be unable to complete the online registration form, a paper form will be available from the Georgia District Office and your Lt. Governor.
2. You may register yourself and one Spouse/Guest in the same registration. If you register your Spouse/Guest in another registration you must use a different email address. The registration system tracks registrations via email addresses.
3. The District will maintain a supply of convention ribbons for you to add to your name badge on site.
4. Once your registration is complete you will receive and email confirmation of your registration. You will receive a second email confirmation of your electronic payment for convention has processed.
5. If you are paying by check, please mail your payment to the District Office after completing your registration online:

6. The meal cut off date is August 21, 2017. After that no meals will be available for purchase at the door! The meals you purchase are the meals that will appear on your name badge. If you make a mistake while registering you must contact the convention chair or District Office to make a change by August 21, 2017.

8. No refunds will be issued after August 3, 2017.
