Winter Training 2021/22

A less intense program to help build your base, keep up your consistency and maintain fitness over the winter. Weekly group run workouts can be used to train for anything from a 5K to the marathon. Schedules will include Base/Maintenance, Half Marathon and full marathon training suggestions,
