Great Plains Partners in Cancer Screening Conference
The Great Plains Tribal Chairmen's Health Board's Community Health Prevention Programs invites you to the Great Plains Partners in Cancer Screening Conference. This conference will focus on the efforts of cancer screening throughout the Great Plains Region with partners who are working to enhance the health systems to increase screening rates.
Travel Scholarships
Travel scholarships are available on a first come, first serve basis, they include lodging, per diem, and mileage (NOTE: if you live within 90 miles of the meeting site you do not qualify for a hotel room per Government/GSA policies). The deadline to register and return the travel scholarship form is Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Please fax the form to 605.721.1932 or email at deanna.swan@gptchb.org. Do not call the hotel directly to book your room, this information will be taken off approved scholarship forms and room confirmation will be sent to your email within two weeks of the meeting dates. Approved travel scholarship checks will be distributed on the first day of the conference, May 22, see DeAnna Swan at the registration table.
