About the Speaker: Thornbrugh is a lifelong resident of Tulsa and a product of Tulsa public schools, a graduate of Tulsa East Central in 1977, and a 1982 graduate of University of Tulsa. He has served as the Manager of Public and Government Affairs of QuikTrip for almost 20 years. Prior to QuikTrip, Thornbrugh served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1992 to 2000. He currently serves on numerous boards and trade associations, including the Better Business Bureau, Child Abuse Prevention, Oklahoma Grocer Committee, Missouri Retail Association, Georgia Legislative Committee and the Kansas Petroleum Council.
