Working with people all day long is tedious and tough. Sometimes, it can be a great collaboration; other times, you may feel like you're fighting an uphill battle. Relationships can be particularly irksome especially when people don't bring a positive attitude to the library workplace!

Freeing up the emotional space formerly inhabited by negativity requires a more positive outlook.  Known for her “straight talk,” as well as, for her “inspirational personality,” Andrea Giggetts will demonstrate proven ways to reintroduce positive energy back into your library, department, and home.
