The Right Service at the Right Time - Deltona (08/06/14) 

“The Right Service at the Right Time” is a statewide project designed to connect people in Florida with social and government services.  Many of the people in need of this assistance are using libraries to access information on these services. 

This half-day training session will cover:

• An introduction to The Right Service at the Right Time project
• Searching the database
• Options for frequently used services
• Q & A about the user side
• Data entry overview
• Standards and Best Practices
• Sample entries of a service and provider

Additional hands-on data entry practice and individual/group entries of services and providers will be provided, as time permits.
