Programming with Teens, Tweens, and iPads - Ocala (09/01/15) 

Learn how to put together a successful teen or tween program using iPads.  Participants will be introduced to the basics of how to use iPads and how to manage groups of teens and tweens as they engage with this technology in meaningful social and educational ways.  Participants will leave with ready-made programming perfect for teens and tweens.  

This is program is BYOD - Bring Your Own Device!  Please bring your own iPad or iPad Mini for this event.

Trainer: Amber Holley and Elizabeth McConney, Artistic Literacy

 

Artistic Literacy is a group of librarians, artists, and educators who are committed to teaching others how to connect art to literacy through programming. Elizabeth McConney and Amber Holley both have years of experience working in libraries and providing programs for teens and tweens.

If you do not have an iPad or iPad Mini and would like to attend this class, please email register@neflin.org for more information.  A limited number of seats are available for attendees without a device.

Cost: NEFLIN classes are free of charge for Florida library staff. Registration is required for all classes and NEFLIN members get priority.
