This online training will offer a basic orientation to cataloging – its purpose, its goals, its terminology – including what information is most important, the original cataloging process, copy cataloging, and MARC –the framework used to code the information (yes, catalogers CODE!).

She is an Independent Librarian currently teaching Cataloging Fundamentals, Collection Management, and Customer Service Skills and regularly consults with school and public libraries on technical and public services.
