Strategic Marketing 2019 - 2-Part Webinar (05/06-07/2019)

IMPORTANT: This is a 2-part webinar that meets
Monday, May 6 AND Tuesday, May 7 from
10:00 - 11:30 AM ET each day.

You must attend both sessions.

This two-part online training focuses on both the principles and actions of library marketing. We'll cover the three main types of library communication, identifying key messages and simplifying them, segmenting your audience and tailoring your communications, the relationship between social media and other marketing tools, and then pulling it together into a strategic marketing plan.

This is a hands-on session, and a campaign document will be provided to help plan a new path forward for marketing for your service.

Virtual Trainer: Ned Potter

Ned Potter is an Academic Liaison Librarian at the University of York, and a Trainer for various organisations including the Bodleian and the British Library in the UK, PiCS in Australasia, and NEFLIN in the US.
