According to many human behavior experts, one of the deepest needs for most members of our species is to feel appreciated – particularly in the workplace. Yet something so simple is often overlooked in our day-to-day rush to “get the work done.”

In this 60-minute webinar, we’ll talk about why praise is so important, and then we’ll look at easy ways to incorporate that praise into your workday. You’ll leave with tools to determine the how and when of praise, as well as a list of more than fifteen reasons why you might want to praise someone – and some really good phrases to use when you just can’t think of the right words. 

If we pay more attention to praise, a motivating environment will result. And if we work in a motivating environment, we’ll have more fun at work! See you there!
